Loida has been interested and involved in real estate for over 10 years. She understands the balance of emotions that goes with such a large investment as well as, the intricate details and financial implications having worked in bookkeeping and management. Loida has a keen eye for all aspects of housing deals. She is hardworking, dedicated, responsible, and believes in educating customers so they are well prepared before making the final decision.-
Prior to real estate, Loida also served in the United States Army as a Combat Medic, as a Company Clerk while in the National Guard Reserves in New York, and in Active Military service while stationed in Korea and Forth Hood, Texas. She has always served as a customer service rep and this contributes to her being highly attentive to the needs of others.

Loida attended City Tech, holds an Associates in Accounting from BMCC, and a Bachelor in Accounting from Medgar Evers College. For fun she enjoys movies, theater, restaurants, museums and dancing. Loida is originally from Costa Rica in Central America, and is fluent in Spanish and English.
