Pet friendly apartments or housing search can become a hassle when it comes to finding one that does not exclude your four legged friend. On the same token Landlords who are eager to accommodate pets lag behind when it comes to up keeping the property in question. Such Landlords behave that way because they know how detrimental pets can be to any property and having anticipate that; they do not go out of their way to make the property livable in terms of sparkle and shine.
